Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 16, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bubbly Bins website and services. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Bubbly Bins provides cleaning of standard wheeled trash and recycling bins (residential and small-business) in Fairmont, Bridgeport & Morgantown, WV. We do not service full-size commercial dumpsters. We strive to describe our services accurately, but we may modify or discontinue any service at any time.
Quotes & scheduling
Quotes are based on the information you provide and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service at our discretion. For your bins to be cleaned, they should be empty (cleaned after trash pickup) and accessible.
Pricing & payment
Current pricing is listed on our Services page and includes up to 2 bins per plan, with an additional charge per extra bin. Pricing may change over time. Recurring plans have no long-term contract and may be canceled at any time.
Satisfaction
We want you happy with every clean. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right — typically by re-cleaning the affected bins.
Acceptable use of this website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bubbly Bins is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
Intellectual property
